How to Stay Healthy While Traveling

Physical therapists are people just like you. We want to live a fuller and healthier life, but we all have trouble keeping up with that while traveling.

In the video below, I go over some tips I use when I travel to stay healthy!

  1. Go to an empty spot in the airport and do some exercises or stretches.
  2. If you have time to walk, walk. Don’t take the train if walking will only take a few minutes too.
  3. Bring some food, such as fruit, with you! If you forget, grab some rice or greens—stay away from the breads and pizzas.

Don’t let traveling keep you from your plan!
